TIA - SPIRIT RISING

Social media is buzzing these days with drama, let's just name a few:

• Plan crashes in the USA

• Tariffs for trade against Canada from USA

• People praising President Trump, others trashing him

• Wildfires

• Floods

• Raising inflation

• Homelessness

• Drug addiction epidemic

• PLUS many, many more!

In the circle of spiritual light workers, they believe we are in the midst of a spiritual w-a-r. They claim those in power are intentionally creating drama in the world to lower the frequency of humanity. It makes sense, yes?

When people hear of disasters their hearts automatically hurt for fellow humans suffering around the planet. This succeeds at lowering the frequency of the world. We are easier to manipulate when we are feeling down, and when we are caught up in the dramatic stories flooding social media. Furthermore, mass distraction keeps us from focusing on what truly needs to be happening right now.

As discussed in the "Turn It Around INTRODUCTION" the fact is, when humanity gets upset and/or stressed out we are actually creating low frequencies worldwide. Low vibrational energy leads to feelings of anxiety, depression, and physical illness. Anger is a low vibration and it is obvious humanity is currently angered by the display of hate on-line in social media. Perhaps the best thing to do is meet the hate with love.

Let's TURN IT AROUND!

It is my belief the best way to help humanity right NOW is to consciously stop our negative reactions (which lowers our vibrations). Together we can change the hate to love, we can help reverse the anger by pouring love into the hate. Perhaps think of it this way, balance out the hate with love, creating a steady flow of SPIRIT RISING!

Perhaps repeat a mantra similar to this (while pouring love out of our heart chakra):

I choose to raise my vibration by focusing on love. I am pouring love into Mother Earth to create peace and love worldwide. And so it is!

It is my belief, that we as a collective, can help take back this world back through high frequencies and LOVE is the highest frequency!
