Peppermint tea is a natural way to relax the nervous system and can help sleep issues (it’s caffeine free).
What’s so good about peppermint tea?

Helps your mind focus
Helps ease headaches and migraines

How to brew peppermint tea:
Best to consume during breakfast, mid-morning, half an hour before dinner, or as treat in the evening
Mixing peppermint tea and green tea in the morning will increase your metabolism
Peppermint tea before bed may aid in a better sleep
For maximum benefits, it is best to drink 2 - 3 cups a day
Use chopped fresh peppermint leaves or dried leaves and add boiling water
Steep about 5 minutes
