Peppermint tea is a natural way to relax the nervous system and can help sleep issues (it’s caffeine free).

  • Helps your mind focus

  • Reduce symptoms of menstrual cramps


How to brew peppermint tea:

  • Best to consume during breakfast, mid-morning, half an hour before dinner, or as treat in the evening

  • Mixing peppermint tea and green tea in the morning will increase your metabolism

  • Peppermint tea before bed may aid in a better sleep

  • For maximum benefits, it is best to drink 2 - 3 cups a day

  • Use chopped fresh peppermint leaves or dried leaves and add boiling water

  • Steep about 5 minutes
