TEA - Chamomile

Chamomile is a herb that belongs to the Asteraceae family. The tea contains chemicals called flavonoids that provides potential benefits to your health.


What’s so good about chamomile tea?

  • It has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, sedative, and anti-anxiety properties

  • Can lower blood sugar

  • Can help prevent osteoporosis

  • Helps reduce inflammation

  • May prevent development of cancer cells and target cancer cells

  • Relaxes body for sleep

  • Supports the immune system

How to brew chamomile tea:

  • Steep for 5 - 10 minutes

  • Due to its relaxing effects, drink only when safe to do so
