What are the benefits of licorice root?

  • Helps relieve respiratory mucus

  • Sooths coughs and sore throats

  • Eases skin irritation, inflammation and redness

  • Relieves fatigue, menopause and stress

  • Contains antidiabetic properties

  • Stomach health

    • Neutralizes stomach acid

    • Useful for stomach ulcers and acid reflux


NOTE: Do not take high doses for a long period of time. Adverse effects are more common in people with heart disease, kidney disease and/or high blood pressure.
