Here is a recipe to jumpstart your body back to health when you are struggling with your body's natural detoxification (otherwise known as flu/cold)


Recipe to support your immune system response to toxins:

  • 1 TBLSP Naka LIPOSOMAL C2000 vitamin C

  • 1 TSP Elderberry Syrup (preferrably organic GMO free)

  • 2 droppers of Echinecea


Put all ingredients in a glass or cup

Mix well

Drink 2 to 3 times a days with food

Reduce intake if your bowels become loose or crampy
